Stay Aware and Alert

Join trainings led by our education coordinators

The only way to overcome oppression is by taking action throughout your community. That's why The Women's Center holds training, tabling events, campaigns, resource fairs, and workshops led by The Women's Center's prevention and education staff. We are members of the Greater New Bedford Human Trafficking's Task Force and can also provide much-needed education on how to identify and help victims of labor and sex trafficking.

There are limited opportunities for volunteering at The Women's Center. Volunteers are needed to help with fundraising events. Please contact our office at 508-996-3343 and ask to speak to the development coordinator for more information.

Internships are available to local undergraduate and graduate students who are seeking to expand their knowledge and experience in the human services field. Please complete an internship application or contact our office at 508-996-3343 and ask to speak to the clinical director.

If you'd like to donate, volunteer, or inquire about our upcoming events, call us today at 508-996-3343.
