survivors of sexual assault,
domestic violence and their children.

This organization provides connections to organizations and people
committed to ending domestic violence and sexual assault.

Serves as a national information and referral center for the general public,
media, battered women and their children, allied and member agencies and
organizations.

Offering medical advocacy service for
Southcast Hospitals

St. Anne's Hospital with a
24/7 hotline
and response for sexual assault
and domestic violence survivors in the emergency room. Trained volunteer or
staff are on-call to respond with-in one hour. Responder offers confidential
support as an advocate, connecting survivors to services and
counseling
information, resources and referrals.
Offering individual crisis and on-going counseling services for men,
women and children, as well as
workshops and group counseling
for children, teens and adults.

Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence
Offering education to organizations, schools, and service providers; domestic
violence/sexual assault advocate training; and community outreach aimed at
increasing awareness and identifying victims. Outreach communities include
collaborating agencies, faith communities, homeless population service providers,
medical communities and general public. School-based education include
kindergarten through high school, local colleges such as
the Women's Resource Center at University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth,
nursing and social work programs. We reach out to a diverse population such as
Portuguese, Latino/Hispanic and other emerging demographics as needs arise.
